What our coaches do
- Deliver 1:1 and small-group sessions across the 3 pillars (Physical, Nutrition, Social & Emotional).
- Facilitate in-home VIP visits for waiver-funded families.
- Host live weekly community events inside The Summit.
- Personalize the iThrive lesson plan around each learner's goals.
- Coordinate accountability updates with caregivers (view-only).
- Follow SDLMI and B=MAP frameworks — training provided.
What's required
Relevant license or credential
RD, PT, OT, LSW, LPC, RBT, BCBA, ACSM/NASM CPT, health coach cert, or comparable.
IDD / autism experience
1+ years supporting neurodivergent adults or teens (18+) in any professional capacity.
Background check
State + federal background check and reference verification before you meet a learner.
Interview process
30-min intro call → skills interview with Kelsey → shadow session → certification.
