Terms of Service

1. About InControl
InControl is a preventative wellness coaching product operated by AlwaysHere LLC ("we", "us"). It helps adults and teens (18+) with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism build habits across physical, nutrition, and social-emotional wellness. InControl is not a medical service and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
2. Who can use InControl
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement of a parent, guardian, or authorized caregiver, to create an account. By using InControl you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for activity in your account. Notify us at hello@alwayshere.ai if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
4. Roles and permissions
Client goals are always owned by the client. Coaches and caregivers may collaborate as configured in the product, but caregivers do not have permission to edit client goals. You agree to use each role only for its intended purpose.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse InControl. Examples of prohibited use include: attempting to access other users' data, uploading harmful content, disrupting the service, reverse engineering, or using the product to harass any person.
6. Wellness content is educational
Lessons, activities, and coaching prompts are educational in nature. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, dietary, or fitness advice. Talk to a qualified professional before making changes to medications, therapies, diet, or exercise.
7. Payments and subscriptions
If a paid plan is offered, pricing, billing cadence, and cancellation terms will be shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Intellectual property
InControl, including its content, design, and software, is owned by AlwaysHere LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You keep ownership of the content you submit; you grant us a limited license to host and display it as needed to operate the service.
9. Termination
You may stop using InControl at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that create risk for other users or the service.
10. Disclaimers and liability
InControl is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlwaysHere LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use of InControl after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
